Hi - I'm Mike Lara, CEO of Larco Pools LLC. We know that when you've made the decision to build a new pool or renovate an old pool, it can be an exciting time. Frankly speaking, We are not the fastest builder, especially during the bad weather months. We concentrate on quality, our contract has no completion date. Our goal is to make the entire pool construction process enjoyable for you and your family. Again, if you are looking for a lightning-fast pool build or renovation, that is not us.
I don't want to be your personal "human piñata" during the construction, I tell potential customers here upfront that we are not the fastest builder to avoid any wrong or unrealistic expectations. If we miss something, we will make it right. If you are looking for fast & cheap, we are not the company for you. We prefer to not put "lipstick on the pig". In today's marketplace, reputation is paramount. We are a faith-based company, meaning that we place God first in all we do. That does not mean we don't make mistakes from time to time, but they get addressed. However, If you don't believe in God, please don't call us. At times, we get those clients that have a void they need to fill within themselves, missing out on God's love and grace, and seek to replace that internal void with negativity, treating us with condescension.
Almost always, those are the insatiable customers we have experienced from time to time in the past, the ones that no matter how much we give, how close to perfect we can get, it is never enough - you know that type of person we have all run into them in life. We deliver a good pool regardless - we always strive to deliver quality and stay upbeat on the jobsite. What I have to say to those type of potential customers, as a company, thank you, but no thank you. Life is too short - we are not a good fit for you.
We like to maintain a happy and a positive experience for all, while we build or remodel your pool. Our crew works hard for you, it is labor-intensive work, we are exposed to outdoor elements all day. Working under an unforgiving sun, especially during the summer months is brutal. We expect to be treated with the same respect we offer our valued customers. Yes, there will be dust, may be delays beyond our control, and construction debris is kept to a minimum, we will get it cleaned up regularly, we like to keep the jobsite looking organized.
