We’ve heard the comments: “Larco Pools takes too long,” “They’re not fast enough.” Let me say this up front: They’re right — we’re not the fastest builder. And we never will be. Our contracts don't have a completion date or set timelines.

We build real pools, for real people, in real-world conditions — through permitting delays, bad weather, engineering surprises, and supply chain shortages, and yes from time to time we can make mistakes - but we correct them. Instead of cutting corners to “look fast,” we take the time to do things right. We’re not in the business of rushing to please people who expect Amazon Prime timelines on a complex construction project.

Our approach is simple: Quality first, honesty always. We work hard. We stay positive. And when something goes wrong — and it will, because this is construction — we take responsibility and make it right.
